I am looking for assistance with developing a new business name and perhaps logo in exchange for my services as a virtual assistant.
My current business name is My Virtual Advantage, but I'd like to change it to something more memorable, shorter and easier to brand.

Also branding is very costly and for small business should be a nice value add to lead generation campaigns.

First I would change the word "My" to "Your" Personal Advantage as you are addressing your customers...not yourself. The company name you selected is provocative and would attract me. I wouldn't know, however, exactly what services you were offering. Perhaps a tag line would provide a description.
