Stefanie Blackburn | | Hi my name is Stefanie Blackburn and I am based in Henderson Colorado. Alongside my husband we run a real estate investing company, BPI Properties. BPI Properties was formally known as Blackburn Property Investments, LLC.
We focus on creating win-win solutions for homeowners trying to get out from under a property for various reasons (job loss, divorce, job transfer, double house payment, financial reasons, etc) using creative solutions.
We assist buyers that need a little help with credit issues to get into a property and rebuild their credit in order to have a good mortgage loan.
We also offer Loss Mitigation services to assist homeowners facing foreclosure.
We have recently added a credit repair program to help our clients and partners out.
We are active members of the National Association of Women Real Estate Investors as well as the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors.
