Milletech Systems Inc.’s Manager/Director/Account Executive-Business Development will be an experienced nation level director of sales to launch a multiple practices and will be a key player on their corporate team. Person will be responsible for strategic planning for rapid expansion, building and driving the sales team including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a team of inside and outside sales reps that cover a national territory, managing and tracking leads, and sales results in high pace environment. This candidate will be based out of Atlanta office & will be required travel frequently to customer locations in US.. This person will also manage multiple clients & accounts professionally. This person will be responsible in bringing new clients & sales worth of $ 4 million every year & manage old or existing accounts. Success will be based on your ability to meet and exceed quota within specific accounts and horizontal markets by developing and maintaining qualified and quality business relationships with existing or prospective clients. The success metric will be a percentage of growth increase within your identified client base and the quality of penetration within other markets. Some concept and product training will also be required. There will be 90 days probation period after that employee & sales performance will be evaluated.
