Nothing more complicated that spending the time to search out which files needed changing and where.
The majority of the work was done in a single configuration file and the css file. Then it was a matter of tracking down the paths to all the graphics and changing them to reflect my tastes.
I would be glad to give anyone else a hand if they decided to use Xoops as the foundation for a website. I have found it to be a much better solution than using a WYSIWYG editor the bloats the page code and is hard to maintain, especially for beginners.
