OK Terry,
I will throw my 2 cents in the pot.
The primary problem can be seen by looking at the post you made yesterday. It had 6 hits as of right now and two of them were mine. What's wrong with this picture?
Since I am no longer interested in running a full time business, by reading the intro to this web page I feel like my place is to learn what I can here and not necessarily contribute from a frame-of-reference that does not fit in with the charter of the network.
I sold my business in Sept, 2000 and use the Internet to supplement my Social In-Security but don't want to build beyond what I can do in a few hours a day with time off for good behavior.
That said, in keeping with the 'Milestone' theme, I finally worked out all the glitches in using a downloaded theme to enhance the appearance of my Xoops website. A lot of the free themes on Xoops.org are written by foreigners with no instructions for modification included.
At first I just threw up my hands and reverted back to the default theme. Last month I decided to give it more effort and sure enough, it is up and running now. That's a milestone for me because I can now help many others to accomplish the same goal.
