Coomunications Project Coming Up in Africa - Strategic Professional Relationships Wanted

Hi all,

I am part of a big communications project that is billed to start in Africa by January 2006 and I seek strategic professional relationships from this community in the areas of marketing, sales and business development. The ultimate objective is recruiting for the project in the ares that I mentioned or having to pay for intellectual contributions on a consultant basis.

It is in the area of fleet management/tracking.
